Should my shipment go by Air or Ocean?
Consider the type of shipment it is and how fast you want it to get to its final destination. Air freight will deliver the goods in a much faster time than by vessel, but higher costs may be due, depending on size and weight. Any hazardous material may not be sent by air due to regulations. For more details about your shipments requirements contact our Miami office.
How do I ship perishables?
Perishables must be delivered the day of a flight before 3:00 PM. Goods such as food or plants must be well packaged to insure safe arrival at its destination. Perishables should be booked with our offices the day before departure. Please have the approximate pieces and weight for booking.
What if I have hazardous materials?
Shipping of hazardous materials is strictly regulated. Please see our Haz-Mat reference or contact our offices about your shipment.
